If you want to develop skills to manage your weight for the rest if your life, LIFESTEPS® is the weight loss program you should choose. Besides metabolism and physical activity—what you eat, how much you eat, how often you eat, how you eat, and why you eat affect your weight. LIFESTEPS® will help you identify which factors most affect your weight. Moreover, LIFESTEPS® will help you develop a plan to bring your lifestyle, food and exercise into balance.
LIFESTEPS® is for people who are ready to change their behaviors so they can lose weight. In this eight-week program, you can devote your time and attention to practicing new behaviors that will reinforce new habits and diminish old behaviors.
Classes meet on Saturdays at 8:00 a.m. at 2412 East Washington, Suite 1B, Bloomington. Classes are one hour in length.
