Class Schedules

People who live with diabetes often feel frustrated, fed up, overwhelmed, or burned out. This diabetes distress reduces motivation which in turn defeats active self-care. The person with diabetes has higher blood glucose levels, increasing risk of complications, and a poorer quality of life. However, when you can cope effectively with the daily challenges of living with diabetes, you can increase your motivation for improved self-care, generate better health outcomes and lead a happier, healthier life.

Dostal Diabetes Education can help you solve diabetes-related problems and develop diabetes coping skills, so you can solve problems as they arise.

Dostal Diabetes Education Classes has four education sessions. Attendance at each class is important to

help you garner knowledge and skills to successfully manage your diabetes. The first two sessions are

scheduled for October 2019. The last two sessions meet in February 2020.  You can choose to attend after work or during lunch hour.

All sessions meet at 2412 East Washington Street, Suite1 B, Bloomington, Illinois.
